This Saturday, March 27, will be the last day for the T/C this season. There will be skiing for those who wish to take some last runs with their buddies. Please do not bring your good skis. Snow in the base area is marginal at best, and it may be best to download the gondola.
We will meet kids at 9am saturday

Report from J4 States
As I'm sure most of you know Gore had 6 athletes at J4 States at Tog March 13 & 14.
Sebastion Galvan
Evan Georgia
Graham Irish
Ali Turi
Julia Sante
Samantha Ballard
It was an interesting w/e with some really strange weather. We never got the rain that was predictied but I don't think I have ever seen an uphill wind blow so hard and long as it did at Tog.
Results for the w/e are on the NYSSRA website.
From NYS Champs Gore qualified 2 girls to go on to the Eastern USSA J4 Future Stars event at Waterville Valley, NH
Julia and Samantha both qualified. Samantha actually won J4 States. She won 3 of the 4 runs and was 4th in the other run.
At Future Stars we saw some great skiing from the best 11-12 year olds in the east. We raced on the same hill that they used to run World Cups on at Waterville. From Future Stars the kids can qualify for an event called the Can-Am. This race has 60 11-12 year olds from Eastern Canada and 60 J4's from the Eastern US. It is being held Easter w/e at Sugarloaf, Me.
Results from Future Stars can be found on livetiming.com.
Samantha qualified to go on to Can-Am.
