This w/e we are hosting the Eastern NY J4 SG Camp. We will be doing speed training all day saturday and sunday morning. Sunday afternoon will be full length runs. All J4 staff will be working the camp. Any athletes not attending camp can either free ski or ski with the J5's.

Saturday will are racing at Pisgah in Saranac Lake. We will meet the kids in the lodge 8:00 - 8:15. The lifts will open at 8:30 for course inspection. There will be 2 runs of SL with a reset between runs.

Sunday we are back at Gore racing GS in the morning and SL in the afternoon. This will be 1 run of each. We will be starting up higher than usual and the finish will not be viewable from the base area.

All 4 of the J4 coaches will be attending these races, there will be no training at Gore this w/e for J4's who do not attend the races.

1/16/10 Sat morning SL train 8:30 - 10:30 on Twister Meadow Turn to Boulder.


1/17/10 Sun morning GS train 8:00 - 10:30 on Twister Meadow Turn to Autobahn.

Please notice the early start on sunday. We will have a coach(Tom) at the triple waiting for the kids. He will load everyone who is there, ready to go at 8. No one and I repeat NO ONE will load later until the lifts open to the public. All early loaders must be accompanied by a coach. No exceptions. This is a safety issue due to groomers still being out on trails at this time.
