Training Jan 14 & 15

We will train GS on Sat and SL on Sun this w/e.

This w/e we will be training GS saturday monring on Lwr Hawkeye. Athletes will load the Gondola t 8:30 and head to the Straighbrook Chair. Coaches will meet athletes on Hawkeye.

Sunday we are racing at Whiteface and all staff will be there. There will be no training at Gore on Sunday. Registration will be in the NYSEF bldg at WF. The race will be on Drapers Drop. Coaches will meet athletes at 8:30 in the back room of the base lodge.

We will be training GS Saturday morning 8:30 - 10:30 on Stokes, under the Gondola.

Race on Sunday is at West Mtn on the Mach at Northwest. Registration will be in the same location as last week. The kids then need to ride the Frolic Lift, right hand side looking up, this takes them to the top and then to the Mach. We will meet the kids at the lift about 8:20

Temps are supposed to be around 30* so wax for the day is HF8

This w/e is SG camp. All racers should be on GS skis unless they happen to SG skis. The groups will be random and our racers may or may not be with one of our coaches for the camp.

It is going to be very cold this w/e so I doubt we will be running in speed suits, so make sure your kids bundle up. Pack extra hand warmers etc

Due to the mountains snow making on Twister all w/e we have to change back to SL training this w/e. We will be on Showcase from Twr 18 to Twr 14 both days. The kids will need all their SL gear.

The calendar has been updated to show what we will be training Christmas week.

W/E Dec 18 & 19

We will be skiing on our SL skis again this w/e, directed free skiing on Saturday and Sunday morning. We will do some brush gate work Sunday after lunch.

2 PM Saturday we will have a parents meeting in the T/C
